2018 marks the return of the INTENSIVE INSEP seminar by the will of Alain FLOQUET Senseï.

It will take place on the weekend of November 24 and 25, 2018, at INSEP in Paris!

To mark the renewal, FLOQUET Senseï wished to teach us more about SELF-DEFENSE and the Technical Board prepares themed workshops on the two days.

The INSEP, National Institute of Sport, Excellence and Performance, askes us to preregistration. You will find below a link to a French or English form.
